FEE & CANCELLATION NOTES

5% GST will be applied to your transaction at checkout.
An online processing fee will be applied to your online registration
Online registration will close at 12pm (MST) on Friday, October 3rd 2025
Your credit card statement will show a charge from Race Roster or Fast North Corp for your online registration into this event.
Registration will close when the participant capacity is reached.
The Event Organizers reserve the right to deny entries or registration changes for any reason.

Refund & Withdrawal Policy

All registrations are non-refundable. While full refunds are not available, we offer the following options:

Up to 60 days before event: 75% deferral to the SHU in the following year
Up to 30 days before event: 50% Transfer to another Multisportscanada event in the same year (price difference may apply; no refund if transferring to a lower-priced event)
30 days before the event: no refunds/transfers

Optional Registration Protection

RegShield is available during registration for added protection.

Must be purchased at time of registration
Nonrefundable and non-transferable
Applies only to the original registrant and event
Contact RegShield directly for claims; we can assist if needed

Event Cancellation

If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., fire, smoke, weather, emergency, or government orders), no refunds or deferrals will be issued. We may offer alternate compensation at its discretion. We are not responsible for travel or personal expenses.
